TBGC Internet Services get a Face Lift!
As you can see, we are revamping our entire web site. Soon, we will be adding new enhancements that will enrich your banking experience with The Bank of Greene County. We will be adding our Investors Marketplace section to this site which will give you tools and information regarding Investment Services that we offer through Essex. This summer we will have a whole new Lending site that will even take mortgage applications on-line!

Internet Banking
We have rolled out an entire new, feature rich Internet Banking site! And we won't stop here ... in July we will be adding Internet Bill Pay services to our site! This summer we will be adding OFX technologies that will allow Quicken/QuickBooks and Microsoft Money users to interface directly with Internet Banking!
We will also be adding new features for our commercial customers.

When you login for the first time, use your existing user name and password. You will then be prompted for a "Security Question & Answer." Make a note of how you set this up, as that will be how you can reset your password should you forget it later. You will also be prompted for your current e-mail address.
Once you're in and have looked around, click on "Services & Preferences," then "Account Preferences." This is where you can add "nicknames" to your accounts (e.g., "Main Checking," or "Vacation Savings") and change the order in which they are displayed.
NOTE: The new Internet Banking login is case sensitive (the current login is not), so you must use lowercase letters for your password when you sign in after May 10th, or you will be denied access. Once you are in, you can change your password to whatever you want.
